Vacation Rental Rates
PROVIDED:
One set of towels and linens is provided per registered renter
for the duration of the stay. The kitchen is equipped with an apartment size refrigerator,
stove, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and cast-iron cookware. An outdoor picnic table and a
fire ring are provided for each cabin. Each cabin has an outdoor picnic
table and fire ring.
For your safety, we offer contactless check-in and check-out with electronic locks. Check in 3PM, Check out 10AM.

We are constantly
working to continue offering the best value in vacation rentals in the
area. To allow us to maintain our competitive rates we require non-refundable reservations Sept-Nov, increased the deposit amount to
$200, and minimum stays during peak times. If your plans are
subject to change

To help us take advantage of bulk pricing and help level staffing needs
please make your payments per the payment schedule. Deposits are due
when the booking is made. Balances are due at least 8 weeks prior to your
scheduled arrival date. Please
utilize the checklist provided and checkout by 10AM to allow time for the cleaning staff to prepare for the
next guests.
